These terms govern use of the NamNox Shooting website. Separate written quotations, purchase orders and manufacturing agreements govern individual commercial projects and take priority where they conflict with these website terms.
Website information
Website content is provided for general business information. Product images, colours, specifications, materials and capabilities may change. A catalogue item is not an offer for immediate retail sale; pricing, availability, minimum quantities, lead times and delivery terms are confirmed in a written quotation.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid only for the period stated and may depend on quantities, materials, currency, shipping method and final specifications. An order becomes binding when accepted in writing under agreed commercial terms. Deposits or advance payments may be required before sampling, material procurement or production begins.
Samples, specifications and approvals
Buyers are responsible for reviewing samples, artwork, measurements, labelling and written specifications before approval. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply. Changes after approval can affect cost and lead time.
Intellectual property
NamNox Shooting website content, branding and original materials may not be copied or reused without permission. Buyers must have the right to supply any trademarks, designs, artwork or technical materials provided for production and are responsible for claims arising from unauthorised use.
Confidentiality
We treat buyer briefs and non-public product information with reasonable confidentiality. Where a formal non-disclosure agreement is required, it should be agreed in writing before sensitive information is exchanged.
Quality claims and returns
Commercial quality claims must be reported within the period stated in the applicable agreement, with order details, quantities and clear evidence. Remedies are assessed against approved specifications and agreed inspection terms. Custom-made goods are generally not returnable for preference changes after approval.
Shipping and delays
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Responsibility for freight, insurance, duties, taxes and customs clearance follows the agreed Incoterm or written quotation. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NamNox Shooting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Any project-specific liability is governed by the applicable written agreement.
